Terms & cancellation policy

Please read the cancellation policy below before booking a session. It applies to all forms of coaching with DoubleGold Coaching. All forms of coaching require an Athlete - Coach agreement to be signed by both parties at the time of booking. The signed agreement will confirm any coaching date or service booked.

Remote Coaching Service

Online remote coaching service may be terminated by either party with 14 days notice. If the agreement extends into a new billable month, the whole month will be invoiced.

In-person and group sessions

In-person, One2One and group sessions may be terminated by either party with 14 days notice. If terminated by the Athlete in less than 14 days, they agree to pay 50% of the agreed coaching fee.

If you need to change a session, please get in touch as early as possible and David will do his best to accommodate you.

Governance

We commit to follow the rules and governance set by the National Governing Bodies we are associated with: The ISSF, NSRA, British Shooting, Welsh Shooting, ESSU, STS and UKAD.

Confidentiality

All personal or performance‑related information is confidential and may not be disclosed without consent. This includes but is not limited to training drills, performance outcome, performance reviews, SCATT data or athlete metrics.
