Terms & cancellation policy

Please read the cancellation policy below before booking a session. It applies to all coaching with Double Gold Coaching.

Online sessions

Online coaching sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full.

In-person 1-2-1 and group sessions

In-person 1-2-1 and group sessions require at least 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule. As David travels to your range, cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice may be charged in full, and any travel costs already incurred remain payable.

If you need to change a session, please get in touch as early as possible and David will do his best to accommodate you.
